Senior Account Manager.

As the Senior Account Director you are empowered to manage your client relationships, providing key strategic input to develop accountable marketing and innovation programs that deliver business results. You are accountable for account growth, client satisfaction, retention and quality of service.

The client sees you as their ‘go-to’ expert, balancing a broader business perspective with an intimate knowledge of your clients’ business, revenue models, product strategy and operating framework. This in combination with your perspective on competitors, the market, technology and consumer trends ensures you are armed with a robust point of view on how Alchemy One can strengthen and grow their business, brand and customer relationships.

  • Facilitate and actively be part of teams that create innovative, strategically strong solutions to our client’s problems, making sound business decisions that balance competing priorities
  • Work with the Group Account Director to strategically drive the account portfolio forward
EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
  • 7-9+ years’ experience
  • Experience collaborating with other leadership to ensure that the best  thinking/offerings are being brought to clients in the most effective way
  • Can think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible result
  • Identifies and brings to fruition new business opportunities within client engagements
  • Empathetic – emotionally intelligent with both the client and your team
  • Extensive understanding, knowledge and passion for the digital space
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
