aussieBum is a swimwear brand that is synonymous with Australian beach culture. With a pure e-commerce presence, Alchemy One was engaged to help understand their audience to grow market share, whilst combatting an increasingly competitive market.

We used first party data and a qual-quant hybrid to develop aussieBum customer personas based on behaviour, attitudes and purchase habits to drive CLV.  5 key audience segments were developed to give aussieBum greater insight into their customers needs
